Join a premium consumer brand that sells worldwide and is scaling fast. You will be the finance leader on the ground in LA, guiding a team, tightening the month-end close, and turning trade-spend data into smarter growth decisions. Your work will be visible from the boardroom to the retail shelf.
Lead the month-end close, ensuring every journal entry and reconciliation is spot-on
Coach and develop a team of two while jumping in on complex reconciliations
Own trade-spend analysis so sales teams know what's working and what's not
Manage accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations with zero surprises
Partner with ops, sales, and vendors to keep data and cash flowing smoothly
Drive ad-hoc analyses
Bachelor's (Master's a plus) in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
5-7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in CPG, food, or beverage
NetSuite preferred, Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP, IF)
